The inaugural Graeme Schofield Oration was held in 2012 and was titled “Hell’s Kitchen: Post-Conflict Recovery and Justice; Forensic Medicine and Human Rights.”
The Oration consisted of two parts, delivered by two prestigious international speakers.

Cost: The Oration was a free public event.
Dr Tidball-Binz spoke about the application of forensic sciences to resolving the issue of those “Missing”, who are usually dead, following war or internal violence.
The Honourable Kevin Parker AC RFD is a retired Justice of the Supreme Court of Western Australia. He was also a permanent Judge and Vice President of the United Nations War Crimes Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia at The Hague from 2003 – 2011. His talk was titled, “Partners in Crime – Justice and Forensic Science.”
